This is a 1 month muscle building and sculping program.
During the first 2 weeks of the PROGRAM, you will focus on Muscle endurance before moving into muscle hypertrophy for the second half of the program.
This program will require a set of resistance bands and a variety of dumbbells. Days one and three will focus on lifting, while days two and four will focus on sculpting.
