The I Am Mom Strong- 3 Week program is designed to focus on muscular strength, endurance, and help you create the habit of working out 5 days a week. Motherhood is a full-time job and finding time for you can be difficult which is why these workouts only require roughly 25 minutes!



  • Light, Medium, Heavy Dumbbells
  • A stopwatch (you can use your phone)
